Its been a busy morning for Crimson children, who began the morning with yoga outside, stretching, bending and breathing. While some children did yoga, others enjoyed stories with Rosanna.

Children were invited to use the matching game today, finding items that belong in which room. Another popular choice by children was puzzles today, they used trial and error and their observational skills to find the pieces, completing the puzzle and helping one another.

To follow on with our map around the world we have been to the North Pole and Greenland. We looked at igloos and Inuit people from Greenland and felt Ice in trays, using the small cubes for bricks to build. We also looked at the patterns of colours that frozen in larger clumps of ice. We invited the children to draw themselves as Inuit’s and glue feathers around their face to get them warm.
