We had a day filled with science. Justin and his assistant Shane helped us conduct two different experiments. In the first experience, we got to make chocolate milk and try the different combinations with water or milk. For our non-dairy friends, we used soy milk and gluten free cocoa powder. The second experiment had to do with mixing different types of milk and detergent. We had lots of fun with the colours.
We also made a scarecrow today using branches, old clothes, and a Paper Mache balloon. We are hoping that the scarecrow will keep the birds away from eating our vegetable garden.
We also made some watches with Isadora today! We practised writing our numbers and looked at the clock for some inspiration! Juliana had children who enjoyed painting.
Lastly, we had some very restful meditation! We liked listening to the sounds around us.
