Extending children’s interest on Spring, we had organised an incursion – Wild Homes- today. The children had a great opportunity to see and discuss the habitat as well as how the birds and animals build their homes. It was lovely to see the children going in and out of the life-sized wild homes.
After this fun-filled hands on experience, the Emerald children continued to build their understanding on Spring Season. They painted with sunflowers and created awesome paintings!
They sang songs and listened to the stories during the group time.
They polished their fine motor skills by building the vertical tower with wooden blocks.
And last but not the least, they continued to plant seeds in their very own pots. It is lovely for children to observe the growth of the plants every day. We water them and help them to learn to take care of the mother nature!
