What a wonderful day it was for the Emerald Group children today!

After our favourite group times, the children were engaged in the self-selective learning experiences.

They also had fun sticking the colourful balls on the sticky tape that was lined up across the room. The children excitedly repeated the word, ‘sticky’.

We painted our own umbrellas today and it was amazing to see how the children wee interacting with the paint materials.

During the day, some of the older Emerald children engaged in pretend play. They fed the dolls and sang songs to them. This type of play is wonderful for children’s social skills as they explore various roles and develop empathy.
