Today, we started with the group time. They love sitting in the circle and listening their favourite songs and stories. They also build up important skills such as ‘whole body listening’ increased concentration and active listening skills.
As Halloween is approaching, we are having a lot of activities related to it. Today children were invited to make their own spiders with the paper role and paint. They loved exploring the paint and making marks on the paper.
Today, Ariya’s mum came to visit us and talk about Diwali. Diwali is a five- day festival of lights. The festival celebrates new beginnings and the triumph of good over evil and light over darkness. We are very thankful to have someone to show us a little bit more about this festival and culture in general. Thank you and happy Diwali to everyone who celebrates😊.
Kids also enjoyed yoga with Liza. It’s so beautiful to see our kids so engaged in yoga sessions.
During our free play, we had a chance to have some water play, build with the blocks, explore the farm animals and participate in polishing our fine motors skills with the play dough.
Well done Emerald! 😊
