Today we continued working on Halloween themed art and craft – we are counting down the days for the party on Friday. During Learning Centre time with Arturo, the children continued making spiders. They were able to stick the wool on each spiders leg, which helped them to develop hand eye coordination and fine motor skills.
With Alejandra the children continued working on their bats. After creating the shape they were able to cut around it and decorate it.
With Isadora, the children have been discussing what are their favourite Halloween characters are. Then, they were asked to draw them. Some decided to draw vampires or bats, witches and monsters. Everybody is getting very excited about the Halloween party on Friday!! We hope you can join us.
We also welcomed a new friend, Nolan, to Crimson today. He had a lovely first day getting to know everyone.
At Tennis this afternoon, we continued developing hand eye coordination, aim, balance and turn taking skills.
