We had a wonderful day as we began our small group times reading stories and singing songs. During this time, the children had fun learning new words and extending their attention span. They love to ask teachers to get their favourite story books out of the treasure bag wanting her to read them! This shows that children are learning to communicate their needs openly.
Yoga was full of fun today, as they followed the yoga poses and happily did warm up exercises.
The children were engaged in many activities that enhances their physical motor skills. They enjoyed going up and down the slides and climbing castle. Picking up small teddies form the stringy basket was tricky but fun activity for them. The group of children also sat with Meiting and read a book about farm animals followed by “Rescue the animals”. The animal figurines were stuck on the cardboard and the children had to named them and then rescue (by pulling them off the cardboard). What a lovely activity 😊.
We continued with our spring topic, talking about spring fruits and painting the cherries.
Children got to enjoy every day in polishing their sensory skills playing with the water and play dough.
Evan made some important calls whilst Caleb spend some time with Remi and Alegria playing the instruments.
What a lovely day we had today! 😊
