Happy Monday! It’s another week closer to Christmas!!
Today we read a lovely Christmas story about 3 little bears getting ready for Christmas! This is a fun way to provide the children with knowledge and understanding of Christmas, allowing opportunities to learn new vocabular too!
Yoga was so much fun today. The children love helping to set up the mats and really enjoy the bigger gross motor movements that we practice!
Today we went on a leaf hunt to collect fallen leaves in the garden to use later in our activity! The children had a lot of fun running around and putting leaves into the bowl.
The children love the book ‘Bear’s Big Bottom’ so asked the children to join in with a group gluing and sticking activity of the main character … Bear himself!
We also practiced our fine motor skills by posting cotton balls into little water bottles that look like snowmen! The children were very engaged during this activity!
Thanks for a lovely day! See you tomorrow 🙂
