Today, we were very excited to make fairy bread, a very Australian treat! We took turns spreading the non dairy butter and adding the sprinkles! We are excited to eat this for afternoon tea.
We challenged our fine motor skills today with Farzana. We searched for toys in the sand trays using the tongs. This challenges us in order to prepare ourselves for the pincer grip.
We also continued working on Australian animals with Amanda. We made a goanna (Teos), a frill necked lizard (Freddy), a koala (Finn K), and a dingo (Max).
Jasmine has been teaching us numbers in Chinese. We love learning a new language at group time!
For our Excursion group, we went to a small park in Centennial Park. We loved climbing trees, finding new bugs, and playing on the equipment.
