Welcome to the first day of Wheels Week in Crimson! We arrived very excited to have our scooters, bikes, and helmets today. Please continue to bring them for the rest of the week.

Arturo had a very important conversation with us about road safety. We talked about the rules of the road and how we can keep ourselves safe! Then, we were invited out to the yard to see our new road. We were invited to make licenses in order to be able to ride our wheels! We had to follow the course in the right direction and be sure to watch out for our peers!

We also did some cutting out of road signs and talked about what each one meant! We learnt some new transportation songs to the familiar jingle of “I’m a Little Tea Pot”, “Jingle Bells,” and the “Incy Wincy Spider.”

We were also excited to see a car tray set up with different lines and paths for the cars to drive around with. We noticed the numbers on the sides of the cars as well!

Soni and Amanda worked with us to make special gifts and cards for our Mums as we get ready for Mother’s Day next weekend!
