It’s Thursday in the Emerald room and we’ve had a great day 😊

Group time was so much fun this morning! The children loved sitting with Cindy and playing with her motion toys! They move in all directions and make fun noises that the children love to sing along to. In our other group times, we read our favourite books and made funny faces with Ekta!

It’s time for yoga! We love this time in the day where we can participate in some light exercise! The children follow along to our yoga songs and move their bodies. We always have so much fun!

It is Reconciliation week – a journey for all Australians – as individuals, families, communities, organisations and importantly as a nation. At the heart of this journey are relationships between the broader Australian community and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

The children loved decorating and painting on pieces of wood to create ‘clapping sticks’, traditional Aboriginal instruments.

We have all had a fabulous Thursday! The children have enjoyed drawing, reading and playing with dinosaurs! 😊
