Tuesday is here! The sun is shining and the children have had another fabulous day playing together!

We have enjoyed several group times with our educators today. The children love to read books and sing songs together. This week we will be learning about Diwali, the festival of lights! This will allow the children to broaden their understanding of the world around them through different activities and experiences!

We had a busy yoga class this morning! The children were eager to get started and helped each other take off their shoes and socks and put them on the shoe rack! We started with big, gross motor movements to warm up our bodies and continued with animal poses that we love!

The children took part in a group activity with Ekta where they coloured paper to make a big candle for our display! Ekta explained to the children that candles are used a lot to celebrate Diwali!

We had so much fun using our fine motor skills to glue and stick coloured shapes onto our black paper to make joyful patterns for Diwali!

Such a fun day 😊
