Happy Friday! We’ve come to the end of another busy week of activities and learning experiences in the Aqua room.

This morning we started with group time, where Ryan showed us photos of his trip to the farm! He told us all about the animals he had seen and how he got to touch and pat some of them! We decided that we would make some chicken art and craft today and learn more about farm animals by reading books and singing songs!

The children used their fine motor skills to glue and stick the eyes, beak, feet and comb onto their chickens! They were very careful and patient, sticking one piece on at a time and making chicken noises!

A quick yoga session indoors showed off the children’s skills, how much they have learnt this year and the improvement to their gross motor skills, balance and coordination! 😊

It’s been another successful week of playing, learning and exploring!
